Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using tracked delivery services where possible. Once your order has been posted, you will receive dispatch confirmation details.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our jewellery, returns and cancellations are not accepted on custom or memorial items once work has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
