1. Place Your Order

Choose your jewellery design, Ring size (a ring sizer can be sent with your collection kit) preferred metal, and resin colour options. You can also choose whether you would like your piece to include Diamond Dust or Gold Flakes

2. Receive Your Collection Kit

For memorial jewellery orders, a collection kit will be sent to you containing everything needed to safely send your inclusions. This includes clear instructions, a labelled inclusion bag, order form, and return packaging guidance.

3. Send Your Inclusions

Carefully place a small amount of ashes, hair, fur, fabric, or other inclusions into the provided bag and return them to us using tracked postage for peace of mind.

4. Handcrafting Your Jewellery

Once your inclusions arrive safely, your jewellery is carefully handcrafted by hand using high-quality resin and your chosen colours or finishes. Every piece is created with care, respect, and attention to detail.

5. Finishing & Quality Check

Your jewellery is polished, inspected, and professionally finished to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch.

6. Beautifully Packaged

Your completed jewellery will arrive beautifully gift boxed and includes a care card, polishing cloth, and certificate of authenticity.

7. Safe Return Delivery

Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and posted back to you using tracked delivery. Any unused inclusions will always be respectfully returned with your order.

Turnaround Time

Current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks from receiving your inclusions. Handmade non-memorial jewellery may have a shorter processing time depending on the design.

Non Memorial Jewellery

Browse our collection and select your preferred jewellery design, metal finish, ring size and resin colour options. Many pieces can also be customised with shimmer.

2. Place Your Order

Once your order is placed, we will begin preparing your jewellery for creation. If you have requested custom colours or personalised details, these will be confirmed before production begins.

3. Handcrafted With Care

Your jewellery is individually handcrafted using high-quality resin and carefully selected materials. Each piece is poured, shaped, cured, and polished by hand to create a beautiful finished result.

4. Quality Check & Finishing

Every item is professionally finished and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch.

5. Beautiful Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive carefully packaged making it perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

6. Tracked Delivery

Once complete, your order is securely packaged and posted using tracked delivery for peace of mind.

Turnaround Time

Current turnaround time for non-memorial jewellery is approximately 7–14 days depending on the design and level of customisation requested.
